The handler is responsible for communicating company policy and makingsure it is carried out. Managers are in charge of each departments andare responsible for carrying out the conductors decisions. Their roleis to organize staff and motivate them   . They must be good atcommunication. This organisational chart is a visual image of the company. Thestructure indicates the flow of communication, with the director abovewho gives information to the various other departments with thecommunication flow moving down. It also shows the responsibility ofindividuals and who they are responsible to. For example, the salesdivision is responsible for the  couch manager section, and areaccountable to the legal department, and at a higher level, thedirector of the company.
